50,000 dead in Mexico, no one cares

Film maker Charlie Minn cares and is coming out with documentary films at his website.  He asks the same question I do - why is the US Obama admin playing in the Middle East which has a far lower death rate when Mexico is dying right next to it?

Charlie says, 8 murders a day in Juarez.  The US press could care less.  Obama could care less.

Just collateral damage to this Administration! The ends justify the means!

This Charlie Minn is a very interesting person.  I watched him a bit on an interview with Greta.  He is a man on a mission.  I hope he blows this whole thing sky high - why US Obama is covering up deaths in Mexico and how dangerous our border really is.   I hope Charlie keeps on going.  I never had heard of him before.

You make some excellent points there Homer that almost everyone else misses.  I will be the first to say that none of the three words" separation church nor state appear in the first amendment.  But I find oddly that people like me, and you also I think from the above, are the only ones really for separation of church and state.

If there is separation of church and state the first thing is that no religious choice would be forced on anyone - not atheism, not Muslim, not Christian, all would be free.  Today I feel Muslim and Atheism are being pushed down my throat.  I am really okay with "no choices" shoved down throats.

But there is another oddity - real separation of church and state also means tolerance and just leave people alone.  But that is not what the left wants.  The left tell the police:  take down those crosses!  take down those manger scenes!  Stop people from saying Merry Christmas!  Shut off that students microphone - they just said the word "Jesus".  If there was separation of Church and state, the police would just shrug their shoulders and say "not my job", and then walk away.

If I was in charge of a school, God Help us all, I would actually try and follow the first amendment.  If Jewish kids wanted to wear skull caps ... fine. If the Muslim students asked permission to bow and pray to the East a few times during the day, I would accommodate them.  If a Christian wanted to read a bible to themselves during lunch, again fine.  If an atheist wanted to talk to me about the latest Oscar awards, I would in fact be interested.  If a Pagan wanted to talk about their burned animal sacrifice at school over the weekend, I would ask politely how their barbecue went.  Tolerance seems to be gone - at least with liberals.  And wow, is the name liberal misleading.  They are dictators.

You bring up some excellent points there Homer that I had not considered - Mexico being readied for Communism.  Yes, as Alinksy people keep telling us, step one is chaos.  And yes, I also do not trust Big Sis or Obama at all.  You might very well be right Homer - something big may be up.  Recall also that the 911 council said that at that time that the US had a failure in imagination.  Good point.  We should learn from that and stop thinking everything is a separate coincidence - when as you say, it may in fact be a plan.

Not sure where to go with that one, but I hope you keep on it. You may be onto something.

The article seems to block me, unless I sign up.  I find a number of sites are doing that lately.

It is a great article Homer.  And I have to admit that I like the logic.  Why are we fooling around a third of a world away with 1000 dead, when we have 50,000 dead on our borders.  While many will disagree with me, after 11 years of two presidents telling me that the Middle East wants peace and tolerance and respect for each other if we just work with them, my opinion now is "not so much".  If spending time in those countries made them sweet people, we would have seen it by now.  I am with these people - time to worry about our own borders.  And if we had a President that was not a Muslim, he would see it as well.
