The games we play

I admit I'm not much of sports fan. I never watch the Super Bowl or the Major League playoffs. So I haven't really been following the recent Association football games (aka soccer) like the rest of the world. I've only had a moderate interest in who wins only because a friend of mine cares about it.

But I do think we can learn something from the games we play. I don't profess to know much about the rules of Association football, but take the last two games for example. The United…

Bush lied, people died

This was something I was intending to write about for awhile now, and since Iraq has been in the news again lately it seemed like the perfect time. The two biggest assertions by liberals about the Iraq war is that it was about oil, and the false pretense of weapons of mass destruction. You know the mantra: Bush lied, people died. Answers To Scandals - That I Believe

Answers To Scandals - That I Believe

And so the IRS who demands we keep 7 years of information has now said that after a year of saying nothing and not delivering Lois Lerner emails that her emails were lost in a disk crash. The Horrors of Democracy

The Horrors of Democracy

A number of Americans confuse Democracy with freedom. And it seems to me that most who do are Democrats. Note the similarity between the word Democracy and the word Democrat. Also note that the US is in reality a Republic, and that the other party, who seems to value the constitution more, are called Republicans. But here is the logic from Marvin Simkin:

Democracy is not freedom. Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to eat for lunch.…

A Liberal Without a Cause = Very High Danger

A Liberal Without a Cause = Very High Danger

First of all, I feel certain that there are many good liberals. And those liberals are willing to fight and die for their country and the freedom of others. Those are not the segment of liberals I am complaining about below.

But there seems to be a group of spoiled brat liberals who truly have no cause other than themselves. They hate the Military and even the Police. They would never join either since risking their lives for their…

Liked this & wanted to share it here!

Everyone loves life. People may not love their lives in particular, but they do love the concept of life. We believe that everything and anything in life is possible. Unfortunately, we don’t always believe we hold those possibilities in our own hands.

The reality…
