~ Where the Sun Will Never Set on Our liberty ~
The mainstream media has been telling us for weeks that the migrant caravan is no big deal, it’s thousands of miles away, it’s full of asylum seekers who are coming to ports of entry, it’s all women and children with strollers, blah blah blah. Obviously, that’s all complete nonsense.
The caravan is real and guess what?
It’s already here.
There are a ton of videos like that and they are all incredibly embarrassing for the United States. Clearly, we aren’t managing our own border and anyone who tells you otherwise is just lying.
However, that doesn’t mean we haven’t pushed back at all.
Check this out…
You have to wonder why the barbed wire wasn’t there in the first place but not a bad move.
The left will call you racist if you think the United States should be able to determine who comes in here and who doesn’t and liberal reporters have gone on TV and mocked the idea that there are people in this caravan who probably shouldn’t be allowed in this country. Anyone who says either hasn’t done any research or doesn’t care what happens to Americans in this country. Both are bad.
Here’s a little taste of SOME not all of the immigrants in the caravan. https://www.chicksonright.com/youngconservatives/2018/11/16/first-w...
Don't see them jumping the fence any longer. LOL
I thought they were required to seek asylum in the first country they enter that provides relief. That would be Mexico, I believe that Trump has worked with Mexico on this. If these people refuse asylum in Mexico, why should we grant it?
I would love to see a law that says, “All asylum seekers must abandon any and all allegiance to the shit-hole country they left, under penalty of asylum revocation and subsequent return to said shit-hole country.”
You are correct, JG! They are supposed to seek asylum in the 1st country they enter. Now, the mayor of Tiajuana Mexico says, he wants the caravan people OUT of his country. Says they are violent and lots of drugs. He wants them deported immediately. Well, Mexico should have stopped them.
In the Caravan from last August, the majority never even made it to our border. Most of them stayed in Mexico City IIRC. So yea, it's in Mexico's best interest to secure their own border, because these people will be their problem too.
Federal judge blocks Trump's new asylum rules: 'He may not rewrite the immigration laws'
A federal judge in San Francisco blocked new rules put into place by President Donald Trump that limit the ability of immigrants to request asylum, a legal blow to the administration’s efforts to curb legal immigration that opens the door for more members of the immigrant caravan to request asylum in the USA.
U.S. District Judge Jon Tigar ruled late Monday that the administration's new policy of cutting off asylum to immigrants who enter the country illegally appears to run afoul of U.S. law that specifically allows them to do so.
The 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act states that any foreigner who arrives in the USA, "whether or not at a designated port of arrival," may apply for asylum. On Nov. 9, Trump tried to overrule that law, signing a presidential proclamation ending the ability of immigrants to request asylum if they enter the country illegally.
“The rule barring asylum for immigrants who enter the country outside a port of entry irreconcilably conflicts with the INA and the expressed intent of Congress," wrote Tigar, who was appointed by President Barack Obama. "Whatever the scope of the President’s authority, he may not rewrite the immigration laws to impose a condition that Congress has expressly forbidden.”
White House Grants Law Enforcement Powers, Use Of Force To Troops At Border
The White House is authorizing military personnel at the southern border to engage in law enforcement roles and use lethal force against illegal immigrants if necessary.
The cabinet order signed by White House Chief of Staff John Kelly on Tuesday adds crowd control and detention to the duties of troops deployed to the border, who have already been tasked with the protection of Border Patrol and customs agents, as well as fortifying the border. As of Wednesday there are about 5,900 active duty service members at the border along with about 2,100 National Guard troops.
Kelly says the move is in response to intelligence indicating migrants at the border in Tijuana may prompt incidents of violence and disorder.
President Trump Reaches Deal With Mexico To Keep Migrants IN MEXICO!
President Trump told us all back in 2015 that we were going to win so much we’d get tired of winning.
And it looks like he’s just pulled off another HUGE win for the United States!
News just broke that a deal has been reached between the U.S. and Mexico whereby all assylum seekers in the Migrant Caravan will have to stay in Mexico while their assylum claim is processed through the Courts.
This breaks with longstanding tradition where they would first be let in to the U.S. and we somehow sort it all out later.
Of course critics of that plan say that once they’re let in they are not sufficiently tracked and often cannot be found after the Court case plays out.
Critics have also pointed out that if these Assylum seekers are seeking refuge from their home countries, they should apply for Assylum in the first new country they go to.
Of course, TMZ makes it out like we are hurting the "KIDS" Nooooo, we are stopping an ILLEGAL INVASION!
U.S.-MEXICO BORDER CRISIS
TEAR GAS THROWN AT MIGRANTS, KIDS
As San Ysidro Crossing Closes
Tensions are at a boiling at the U.S.-Mexico border in California, where migrants have started to clash with border agents ... who've also begun throwing tear gas at them and their children.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection closed the San Ysidro border crossing outside of San Diego Sunday, as hundreds of migrants trying to enter the U.S. -- many of whom are seeking asylum -- gathered at the border and demanded entry. Some of them even started throwing rocks at agents, and U.S. agents reportedly responded by throwing tear gas into the crowd.
The move is drawing heavy criticism, as there are children among the migrants. No shots have been fired, but remember ... President Trump essentially gave the green light for retaliation a few weeks ago as the migrant caravan made its way north.
Needless to say, it's an intense scene. As for a possible solution ... the Trump administration reportedly struck a deal with the incoming Mexican government to keep asylum seekers south of the border as their cases are heard in court.
Was Photo Of Migrant Mother 'Fleeing Tear Gas' With Children At U.S. Border Staged?
Shortly after hundreds of migrants battled U.S. border agents in a violent conflict on Sunday, one photo began being highlighted in the mainstream media.
The photo shows a woman pulling her children, reportedly fleeing tear gas fired by U.S. authorities.
Social media immediately filled with outcry. "Trump is tear gassing babies at the border. Read that again. Trump is lobbing tear gas canisters at mothers & children at the border. Lordy there are photos of children running from the noxious gas. This is Trump’s America & America’s shame. Real news, real Trump. Who wants this?" one person wrote on Twitter.
But one observant Twitterer found some unusual things in the very same picture posted above. In the background, it appears as if many people are not fleeing anything, and a photographer with a camera on a tripod appears to be taking pictures of a child running as another photographer shoots people "posing as if fleeing."
Mexicans Come to Their Senses. Turn on Liberals and Caravanners. Announce Huge Agreement with Trump
Bad news for the left has come by way of a poll of Mexican citizens conducted by a Mexican newspaper.
According to The Daily Caller, a poll by the Mexico City-based El Universal newspaper revealed that a whopping seven in 10 Mexicans have a negative view of the migrant caravan, which is now parked in Tijuana, on the Mexico side of the U.S.-Mexican border.
And the news gets even worse for the American left. The poll also revealed that more than half of Mexicans polled, 52 percent, want illegal aliens, i.e. those people entering the country without documentation, to be blocked from doing so.
But wait. There’s more!
The poll also announced that 55 percent of those polled are in agreement with President Donald Trump about how illegal immigration should be handled — they want Mexico’s President-elect Andrés Manuel López Obrador to get tough on any future caravans.
Lets make this clear. What there is at the Tijuana border are No such thing. They are LAWLESS PRO-COMMUNIST INVADERS. Period!
