Everyone is missing the point! Besides the economy, the deficit, and the Iraq invasion, Bush's biggest failure was his inability to mobilizable FEMA during Katrina. It is obvious that since Obama ALWAYS keeps his promises, and he promised immediate help in the aftermath Sandy and not only did they not receive it, they have now been hit by another storm.
Well,by golly, GEORGE BUSH STILL FORCED FEMA TO CLOSE ITS OFFICES DURING THE SECOND STORM AND STILL HAS THEM ALL TIED UP IN RED TAPE! SHAME ON HIM!
