UN’s Agenda 2030 is Every Totalitarian’s Dream
The United Nations is pushing sustainable development goals, also known as “Agenda 2030”, which is contrived of 17 goals which the United Nations aims to achieve globally by the year 2030. Foreign Correspondent Alex Newman breaks down a few of these goals and shows that the real agenda is global tyranny. Alex’s findings should be beyond alarming for Americans and humanity as a whole.

A group of children are being allowed to sue the U.S. government. Can you guess why?
CNN covered it last Friday and it deals with a group of mostly children (plaintiffs ranging in age from 9-20) who are suing the United States government because… (drum roll) climate change is threatening their future. The interesting aspect of their coverage was that they assumed that this was going to be a problem for Donald Trump.
President-elect Donald Trump is likely to find himself the subject of a federal court case next year. The subject: climate change. And the plaintiffs: 21 children who want to ensure they have the right to a livable atmosphere.
A federal judge on Thursday denied the federal government’s motion to dismiss the “climate kids” case, meaning their lawsuit over climate change will go to trial in federal court in Oregon, likely next year.
The kid plaintiffs, ages 9 to 20, allege the federal government is doing far too little to keep dangerous global warming in check, and is actually creating warming by leasing federal property for fossil fuel extraction. The basic idea is that politicians have failed to fix the climate crisis. So the courts need to force them to do so.
The Weather Channel video uses young kids to promote ‘global warming’ fears – ‘Dear Mom & Dad, climate change could be very catastrophic’
The Weather Channel released a climate change video featuring young children attempting to convince their parents of the seriousness of the issue. The video, entitled ‘When Kids are Talking Climate – Maybe it’s Time to Listen!’ was released on November 1, 2016.
EPA Readies Cap-And-Trade Plan The Supreme Court Previously Struck Down
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finalized plans for an optional cap-and-trade system states can use to comply with the agency’s global warming rule.
The EPA also finalized plans to reward states that move early to cut greenhouse gas emissions from power plants, despite criticisms the agency is violating an order from the U.S. Supreme Court to halt its implementation of the so-called Clean Power Plan (CPP).
States that refuse to implement the CPP could see the EPA impose a federally-run cap-and-trade program on its power plants. EPA sent the cap-and-trade plan to the White House for review Friday.
EPA critics don’t agree. The CPP is being challenged in court by 27 states alongside dozens of industry and union groups who don’t want to see more coal-fired power plants shut down by federal regulations.
Feds Roll Out New Global Warming Rule Before Obama Leaves Office
The Department of the Interior has unveiled its final rule for flaring natural gas produced on federal lands as part of the agency’s last-minute attempt to finish a slew of regulations before President Barack Obama leaves office.
Interior’s rule aims to reduce flaring or venting of natural gas being pulled out of federal lands and clarifies when companies have to pay the government when flaring gas.
It’s part of Obama’s push to meet his pledge to the United Nations to reduce U.S. greenhouse gas emissions 26 to 28 percent by 2025 as part of the Paris global warming agreement — an agreement President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to “cancel” when taking office.
“With the Trump presidency just months away, President Obama is frantically trying to impose his climate agenda on the American people,” Tom Pyle, president of the free-market Institute for Energy Research, said in a statement.Read more: http://dailycaller.com/2016/11/15/feds-roll-out-new-global-warming-...
Obama rescinds Arctic offshore drilling proposal
President Obama has rescinded a proposal to allow new oil and natural gas drilling in the Arctic Ocean as part of a five-year plan for leasing released on Friday.
Obama's move takes drilling rights sales off the table through 2022.
The Interior Department had previously proposed limited drilling rights sales to the Beaufort and Chukchi seas north of Alaska, where there has never been oil and natural gas production from traditional mobile drilling rigs.
But officials, citing environmental concerns and low industry interest, rescinded that proposal on Friday in releasing the new plan.
The decision all but bans Arctic drilling for that time period, since oil companies have let almost all of their leases in the Arctic expire or have surrendered them.
It’s a major win for environmentalists, Alaska Natives and others who feared the environmental consequences of opening the frigid, unforgiving Arctic waters to drilling, especially in the case of a spill.
President-elect Donald Trump could seek to amend the five-year drilling plan to add more sales. But he would have to go through a long regulatory process to do so, potentially taking years, and could encounter problems like President George W. Bush did when he attempted a similar strategy.
Establishment Boasts Its Paris Climate Agreement Now a Done Deal
The establishment has been celebrating that its Paris climate agreement has supposedly gone into effect on November 4. The pseudo-treaty, designed to regulate so-called greenhouse gas emissions, was negotiated by representatives of 195 countries at the 21st Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Paris and adopted by consensus last December 12. At least 55 parties to the UNFCCC, which are responsible for at least 55 percent of the world’s carbon gas emissions, had to ratify the agreement for it to take effect. But the U.S. Senate was never given the opportunity to ratify the deal as required by the Constitution, meaning that, as far as the United States is concerned, Obama's UN agreement is legally meaningless.
As of November 4, the agreement had been “ratified” by 97 of the 197 UNFCCC parties, held to be responsible for 67.5 percent of emissions, according to France’s environment minister Ségolène Royal, the outgoing president of the UN climate talks. Though the agreement is now supposed to be officially in force, its provisions will not be implemented until 2020.
The Paris Agreement is the first climate deal that purports to bind all the world’s governments, rich and poor, to a commitment to cap “global warming,” which the UN and Obama allege is caused by the burning of coal, oil, and gas.
U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon; Climate Change Action ‘Unstoppable’ Despite Trump
U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said on Tuesday action on climate change has become “unstoppable” and predicted that U.S. President-elect Donald Trump would drop plans to quit a global accord aimed at weaning the world off fossil fuels.
At a meeting of almost 200 nations in Morocco to work out ways to implement the 2015 Paris agreement to limit greenhouse gas emissions, Ban said U.S. companies, states and cities were all pushing to limit global warming.
“What was once unthinkable has become unstoppable,” he told a news conference of the Paris Agreement, agreed by governments last year, and which formally entered into force on Nov. 4 after a record quick ratification.
Trump looks for ways to quickly withdraw from global climate deal
Trump, who has called global warming a hoax and has promised to quit the Paris Agreement, was considering ways to bypass a theoretical four-year procedure for leaving the accord, according to the source, who works on Trump’s transition team for international energy and climate policy.
“It was reckless for the Paris agreement to enter into force before the election” on Tuesday, the source told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity. The Paris Agreement won enough backing for entry into force on Nov. 4.

Antarctic Sea Ice Has Not Shrunk In 100 Years
Antarctic sea ice had barely changed from where it was 100 years ago, scientists have discovered, after pouring over the logbooks of great polar explorers such as Robert Falcon Scott and Ernest Shackleton. Experts were concerned that ice at the South Pole had declined significantly since the 1950s, which they feared was driven by man-made climate change. But new analysis suggests that conditions are now virtually identical to when the Terra Nova and Endurance sailed to the continent in the early 1900s, indicating that declines are part of a natural cycle and not the result of global warming.
NOAA September Temperature Fraud
NOAA claimed record heat in numerous locations is September, like these ones in Africa and the Middle East.
This is a remarkable feat, given that they don’t have any actual thermometers in those regions. In fact, NOAA doesn’t have any thermometers on about half of the land surface.
Satellite temperatures showed that September was close to normal in those regions which NOAA declared to be record hot.
Not only is the land data fake, but much of the ocean data is fake too.

UK Researchers: Tax Food to Reduce Climate Change
A group of researchers in Oxford University, England have suggested that imposing a massive tax on carbon intensive foods – specifically protein rich foods like meat and dairy – could help combat climate change.
Pricing food according to its climate impacts could save half a million lives and one billion tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions
This proposal, from a group of people who have probably never missed a meal in their lives, is totally obscene. High income countries often have a lot of poor people who would be hard hit by increases in the price of food.
Needlessly exacerbating the risk poor people don’t get enough to eat, especially children and pregnant mothers, who are especially vulnerable to adverse health impacts from lack of protein in their diet – if this ghastly proposal is ever implemented, future generations will look upon it as a crime against humanity.

Insects, blood and faeces may not sound particularly appetitising, but they are among the produce we should consider eating if we want our food to be sustainable and healthy, according to a team of chefs and scientists in Denmark.
New Study Highlights Environmental Impacts Of Green Energy
Wind and solar power aren’t as environmentally friendly as green energy activists often claim, according to a new study by scientists at Uppsala University in Sweden.
Researchers noted that wind turbines and solar panels are made of non-renewable resources that have to be dug out of the ground. Both solar and wind power use a lot of land and water, leading to habitat destruction. Additionally, hazardous materials like sulfuric acid and toxic phosphine gas factor in heavily in solar panel manufacturing. Modern wind turbines are also highly dependent on rare earth minerals mined primarily from countries with poor environmental records, like China.
Davidsson notes that recycling the materials used to create solar panels or wind turbines is extremely difficult and that both types of power plants have relatively short operational lifespans.
Environmental groups like the Center For Biological Diversity (CBD) have already begun opposing wind and solar projects due to their environmental impacts.
Food for fuel is never a good deal
The new implementation of EPA rules on heavy trucks has boosted the 10-year regulatory burden on America past $1 trillion, 75 percent of which have been imposed by the Obama administration.
That amounts to a one-time charge of $3,080 per person, or an annual cost of $540, according to a new analysis from American Action Forum.
"In other words, each year every person, regardless of age, in the nation is responsible for paying roughly $540 in regulatory costs. These burdens might take the form of higher prices, fewer jobs, or reduced wages," said AAF's Sam Batkins, director of regulatory policy at the watchdog group.
The staggering amount is likely to surge even higher as President Obama scrambles to lock in several environmental regulations before leaving office. He has already broken records for new regulations and added red tape this year and still has 50 days in office.
Incoming President-elect Trump has promised to kill two current regulations for every new one he adds.
Nations adopt the New Urban Agenda, framing sustainable urban development for the next 20 years
At the closing of Habitat III, the United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban Development, which took place from 17 to 20 October in Quito, nations unanimously adopted the New Urban Agenda, agreeing on a common vision for a sustainable urban world.
ICLEI welcomes the New Urban Agenda, through which nations commit to enhance engagement with and strengthen local governments. This document also translates concepts long used by local governments into language for and by national diplomats. These are positive developments.
However, the New Urban Agenda does not offer instructions for achieving goals set forth in related global sustainability frameworks, such as the Sustainable Development Goals. We can rate the success of Habitat III in two years, when nations conclude the two-year process in which they will decide on ways to monitor and evaluate progress on the New Urban Agenda. Only then will we be able to assess whether this non-binding global framework will be able to fulfill its role of setting global standards of achievement in sustainable urban development.
In Quito, ICLEI engaged in over 40 events, including official Habitat III events. ICLEI came with a delegation of more than 120 local leaders, including more than 50 mayors and vice mayors, from over 40 countries.
The full list of political leaders of ICLEI Member cities, regions and towns engaged in our activities at Habitat III is also available.
Boulder, Oakland and Santa Monica were attendees from the US.

Updates from ICLEI's Global Sustainability Network
Dear ICLEI Friends and Colleagues,
Small island states are some of the most climate-vulnerable places in the world. The population and economic opportunities in these nations are often concentrated in single urban areas, which are usually situated in coastal or low-lying areas. These vulnerabilities are exacerbated by a lack of local capacity and resources to adapt.
To support local and subnational governments in small island states in building their resilience, ICLEI launched a community of cities, towns and provinces in small island states during the Resilient Cities Congress this past July. As a councillor of Honiara City in the Solomon Islands, I am proud to be a champion of this community and confident it will help bring us towards a more resilient development pathway.
However, our efforts alone will not be sufficient. If the world does not limit the global temperature rise to 1.5 degrees Celsius and support sustainable models of urbanization, our small island communities will be the first to become uninhabitable.
Blah, blah, blah…the article continues.
Solar Warming? President Obama Issues Order To Battle 'Space Weather'
The issue of deadly “space weather” is so pressing and so perilous to our daily lives, in fact, that it warranted its own executive order straight from the Oval Office. Now, the president who has effectively taken a hatchet to the American energy sector, all but destroyed the fossil fuel industry and spent billions of taxpayer dollars battling "global warming" has decided to try his hand at controlling solar flares.
The order states, in part:
Extreme space weather events -- those that could significantly degrade critical infrastructure -- could disable large portions of the electrical power grid, resulting in cascading failures that would affect key services such as water supply, healthcare, and transportation.
Space weather has the potential to simultaneously affect and disrupt health and safety across entire continents. Successfully preparing for space weather events is an all-of-nation endeavor that requires partnerships across governments, emergency managers, academia, the media, the insurance industry, non-profits, and the private sector.
Three guesses who’ll end up picking up the bill for that one. Need a hint? Look up the tab for "climate change."
CNN Host Calls For Marginalizing Global Warming Skeptics While Accepting A Press Freedom Award
CNN’s chief international correspondent said skeptics of man-made global warming should not be given equal time on the news while accepting an award for championing press freedom.
Christiane Amanpour, who hosts the nightly show “Amanpour,” then went on to say how covering ethnic cleansing in Bosnia during the 1990s taught her to “never to equate victim with aggressor, never to create a false moral or factual equivalence.”
“It appeared much of the media got itself into knots trying to differentiate between balance, objectivity, neutrality, and crucially, truth,” Amanpour said while accepting an award for press freedom in November. The award was presented by the Committee to Protect Journalists.

EPA: Gender Is ‘Male, Female, a Blend of Both, or Neither’
Agency continues collecting info about employees' sexual orientation
The Environmental Protection Agency is entering its second phase of a data project to collect information on the sexual orientation of its employees.
The Sexual Orientation Gender Identity (SOGI) pilot program allows EPA employees to voluntarily disclose their gender identity and sexual orientation, information that the agency says is “crucial” to an “inclusive” workplace.

How Stars, Christians, and Hackers Could Avoid Climate Disaster Under Trump
The North Pole is the warmest it’s ever been, and climate deniers are taking over the government. If there’s any hope, it’s going to have to come from unusual quarters.
Is there any hope that the Trump administration will help fight climate change—or at least not make it worse?
So far, the signs are not good. As has been widely reported, one of America’s leading climate deniers, the fossil-fuel-funded non-scientist Myron Ebell, is heading Donald Trump’s transition team for the EPA. Ebell isn’t just the fox guarding the henhouse; he’s a wolf. Add to that the “Drill Baby Drill” mantra, which will subsidize oil production but not renewable energy, and there is reason to be extremely pessimistic.
And then, as if on cue, the news got worse. As the Washington Post reported, the North Pole is an astonishing 36 degrees warmer than usual at this time of year. (Ha!...good one!) Coming after 2015, the Earth’s hottest year on record, (boy, this guy’s on a lying roll!) that will have devastating effects for polar ice caps, which are already in a death spiral; thinner polar ice causes warmer ocean water beneath, which causes thinner polar ice, which causes warmer ocean water beneath, which… you get the picture.
On the other hand, there are some reasons to hope. Let’s look at three of them, and give each of them a name: Leonardo DiCaprio, Mike Pence, and Newt Gingrich.
Let me explain.
1. Save Us, Leo!
