What exactly has AG Sessions been up to?  The attached link is somewhat a lengthy read, but just might let us know some things we've all been wondering about.

Great read, Kurtis! I have been posting all that Sessions has been doing all along. He does his work quietly. Before he went to Congress, while a prosecutor, his nickname is The Silent Assassin. He appointed this Federal Prosecutor months ago. The prosecutor has been working with the IG for months.

In this regard, Sessions compliments thinking of the President.

President Trump has said "you don't tell the enemy what you're going to do, before you do it"---I quite agree.  Eisenhower did not call Hitler and tell him "I'll see you at the Normandy beaches this next June 6th."

And likewise with AG Sessions.

If the story provided is correct,  Sessions cannot inform the President of exactly what's going on, because the President is subject to Mueller's "witch hunt".  Therefore, if Sessions fully informs the President, due process would be corrupted.

I believe AG Sessions is right on track, and that his recusal is actually a brilliant, masterful move---confusing as it may be.

Great read.  Thanks, Kurtis!  I knew for some time that AG Sessions was busy working on many of these issues.  I could just feel it.  I think he’s laser-focused on his job.

The link (provided) brings forth a lengthy read.  Its credibility depends upon interpretation(s) of the author, and  my impression is that it all seems quite reasonable.

The story seems to verify thoughts such as "Sessions is working behind closed doors", and etc.  If the story is correct (likely), it also explains why recent public calls for a second prosecutor did not provide one---there's already one working, but it's undisclosed to the public.

The article further indicates not even the President is fully informed, especially because he's being investigated by Mueller.  If this is correct, it explains why the President publicly expresses extreme frustration concerning AG Sessions.

My estimate is that Sessions is doing his job, but he's up against something so vast and corrupt it almost defies his effort---but Sessions will prevail in the end.

For some time now, my thoughts concerning Sessions are as follow:

Sessions may not prove to be such a fool, in the long run.

First of all, he set the standard for Mueller by recusing himself---Mueller obviously fails to meet such standard as established by the AG.

In the second place, Rubenstein (AG) is part of the Executive branch---not the judiciary. For Rubenstein to appoint the special prosecutor (Mueller) violates the Constitutional requirement for separation of powers. Instead of Rubenstein forwarding results of investigation to a three member panel of Federal judges (judiciary), he appointed Mueller and thus violated the Constitution.

The old saying is: "give them enough rope and they'll hang themselves". That's exactly what Sessions has done---by recusing himself, the entirety of the "deep state"/"shadow government" has come right out in the open, and there's simply no way for them to deny who they are and what has been attempted.

The current confused mess "aint over 'till it's over", and it's damned sure not over yet.

We'll see if Mr. Sessions is a fool or not---but it's simply too early to tell.

For my part of it, until I manage over a 100,000 employees, spread out all over the country, 1/2 of which are likely corrupt bastards, along with an annual budget exceeding 30 billion dollars, I'll continue my Prayers for the man who is actually doing so.

Well said, Kurtis!  I hope you are right about all of that!

I have even thought that perhaps before Sessions was sworn in as AG, Trump told him that there may be comments from the administration (including by Trump himself) and asked that he just soldier on with job as AG.  Thinking about it like that, perhaps Trump kinda runs some interference so Sessions could continue quietly, doing his job.  Maybe that makes little sense, but I do believe that things are not as the media would have us believe.
