~ Where the Sun Will Never Set on Our liberty ~
This is concerning, and I ask that you think about how close we came under Obama, who used the IRS to persecute conservative groups, and his intel resources to spy on an opponent. Love him or not, Trump is a godsend! Your thoughts?
The latest controversy is maddening for many reasons.
Tommy Robinson is a British political activist and “citizen journalist” who came to prominence in Britain almost a decade ago when he founded the English Defence League. The EDL was a street-protest movement in Britain whose aims could probably best be summarized as “anti-Islamization.” It emerged in the town of Luton after a group of local Islamists barracked the homecoming parade of a local regiment returning from service in Afghanistan.
Tommy Robinson isn't the only person to suffer political correct injustice at the hands of the Leftist Fascists in the world. Remember Geert Wilders of Holland, and of course we have our own victim in this country Dinesh D'Souza as a perfect example. Fortunately we have a president (for now) that recognizes fascist political punishment when he sees it. Fascist treatment of those on the right, has already arrived in America. It's everywhere in the United States. Fascism doesn't stop at political censorship, it also restricts or attempts to restrict religious speech, especially if it's speech that Islam or some atheist doesn't agree with.
Left-wing fascism is more alive in America now than when the Nazi party was holding rallies in New York City and garnered hundreds of thousands of so-called patriotic American supporters in the 1930's. Nazi fascism never left America, it simply changed it's name and it's cover. American Communist Party more commonly known as the ACLU. Not to mention the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR. Then came the Progressives, and now they claim the title of Liberal Democrats. (Do we not understand that the word "liberal" and "democracy" do not go hand in hand?) The Leftists control the media, the education system and the justice systems in our once respectable Republic, and have turned Americans into their own slaves. Dividing and conquering in the name of diversity. Instilling lawlessness, so that chaos ensues in order to explode into anarchy. What's the end game? It depends on who's leading the pack at the time. Either way and in every way, I honestly believe the demise of the Republic is looming large on the horizon of forthcoming history. And it appears that the direction of this Republic is no longer in the hands of "We the People."
Look, a skunk by any other name still smells like a skunk. Our corrupted government is inundated with skunks, and they do not care how much they smell anymore. Don't doubt me when I say: "They're proud to be low down Leftist fascist leaning skunks," and they'll take no prisoners in the end.
All cases to remember. Thank you for the reminders, Jerome.
It is quite troubling to see how the colleges and universities are violently opposed to conservative thought. I pray this can change!
I agree that the left wing fascism is more alive today in America. Obama ripped the mask off and they really don't care any more if we know. We see it every day in our media and in our streets with the protests.
Don't forget about James Rosen
On May 17, 2013, the Washington Post reported the Justice Department had monitored reporter Rosen's activities by tracking his visits to the State Department, through phone traces, timing of calls and his personal emails in a probe regarding possible news leaks of classified information in 2009 about North Korea. In obtaining the warrants, they labeled Rosen a "criminal co-conspirator" with Stephen Kim. Rosen was also described as a "flight-risk" to keep him from being informed of the ongoing surveillance.
In a written statement, the Justice Department said it had followed “all applicable laws, regulations, and longstanding Department of Justice policies intended to safeguard the First Amendment interests of the press in reporting the news and the public in receiving it.”
Some analysts have described the Justice Department's actions as "aggressive investigative methods" that have a chilling effect on news organizations' ability to play a watchdog role. Fox News contributor Judge Andrew Napolitano commented: "This is the first time that the federal government has moved to this level of taking ordinary, reasonable, traditional, lawful reporter skills and claiming they constitute criminal behavior."
An editorial board of the New York Times wrote: "With the decision to label a Fox News television reporter a possible 'co-conspirator' in a criminal investigation of a news leak, the Obama administration has moved beyond protecting government secrets to threatening fundamental freedoms of the press to gather news."
Dana Milbank of the Washington Post stated: "The Rosen affair is as flagrant an assault on civil liberties as anything done by George W. Bush’s administration, and it uses technology to silence critics in a way Richard Nixon could only have dreamed of. To treat a reporter as a criminal for doing his job — seeking out information the government doesn’t want made public — deprives Americans of the First Amendment freedom on which all other constitutional rights are based.""
Thanks, JB. Another good one to remember. Then there is Sharryl Attkisson, who has been stonewalled in her efforts to secure documents which would prove or disprove government hacking.
